For holiday delivery (12/25), please place domestic orders by 12/16. International orders must be placed by 12/9. Please contact our Merch Maven Carly at email@example.com with any questions about holiday orders.
All items are shipped within 2-3 business days of your order being placed. Carrier and tracking information is provided when order is shipped. Total shipping fees for domestic orders are calculated by weight. At this time we are unable to offer expedited shipping.
Item marked as "pre-order" will ship at a later date noted on each product page. Please note that orders that include in-stock items will ship when all items are available. Place a separate order for in-stock items if you'd like to receive them earlier.
Postage for international orders is based on location and weight. International orders should arrive within 10 business days of being shipped. Carrier and tracking information is provided when order is shipped.

If there's an error with your order, such as a wrong item received or damaged merchandise, please get in touch as soon as possible so we can fix it. Send us an email with your original order number and description of the items received / damage for further instructions.
